We ship KinetiPath sandals worldwide from our fulfillment center. Here's what to expect.

Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders ship free, anywhere in the world. No minimums, no exceptions.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Times

United States — 3–7 business days

Canada — 5–10 business days

Europe — 4–8 business days

Rest of World — 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means we pre-pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees on your behalf — there are no surprise charges at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to support@kinetipath.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first to file a claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, email us at support@kinetipath.com and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, email support@kinetipath.com immediately — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address.
