We want you to love your KinetiPath sandals. If they don't feel right, we'll make it right.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to try your sandals. Wear them at home, take them outside, see how they feel. If they're not for you, we'll accept them back for a full refund or exchange — even if they've been worn.
Free Exchanges, Worldwide
Sizing reflexology footwear is personal, and we know it can take one try to find the right fit. Exchanges are always free, wherever you are: we cover the return shipping and send your new pair at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@kinetipath.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email support@kinetipath.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
