Foot length — heel to longest toe
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Find your measurement in the tables below. Between two sizes? Size up.
Measure both feet and use the larger one — most people have a slightly larger foot. Measure at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest.

A note on fit
KinetiPath sandals are an open design, so we build a little extra room into the fit. The size finder and chart above already give you the size to order — match your foot and pick what they show. Going by your usual shoe size instead? Order one size up. That extra room lets the reflexology footbed sit correctly under your foot and gives the nodules their full surface to work with. And if the fit isn't right, you can exchange free within 30 days.
